AN INTRODUCTION FROM THE FOUNDER
Upon completion of my B.E from M. S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology and having worked as a Civil Engineer for approximately 2 years, I realized that working in a 9-5 job wasn’t my cup of tea and this landed me in an interview with Floyd Inc.
I now run my own Marketing Company GREY MATTER in Delhi and the goal is to make it one of the largest marketing companies in Delhi. Although there was constant guidance, it took me time to understand recruitment, mentoring and development as well as people skills considering I had shifted from a technical to a management profile. However, my constant urge to succeed and grow as an entrepreneur helped me stay headstrong and develop my skills. Under the inspiring and influential leadership of Shreyas Parasrampuria, Founder of Floyd Inc., I emerged as an Entrepreneur in 2017. Throughout my journey, I have always believed that, “Be shameless be rich, be egoistic be poor.”
GREY MATTER, incorporated in the year 2017, is a result-oriented Sales & Marketing Company that creates unmatched customer experiences to increase market share for our clients.
